Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2  Cup Vegetable oil 
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon

 

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 
  • Mashed up 3 bananas in a bowl
  • Mix together sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and mashed bananas
  • Add flour, salt, and baking soda.
  • Place mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  • Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and add on top of banana bread mixture
  • Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
  • Let cool for 10 mins.
  • Enjoy!
