Lemon Loaf

INGREDIENTS

For Lemon Loaf

  • 1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
  • 1 Box Lemon Pudding Mix (not the instant kind)
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 8 oz Sour cream
  • 6 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Milk

For Lemon Glaze

  • 2 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

 

INSTRUCTIONS

For the Lemon Loaf

  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  • Mix ingredients together in stand mixer
  • Pour into Loaf pan
  • Bake for 50 Mins

For Lemon Glaze

  • Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice together

*Makes 2 Loaf pans
